1. Payment Method

2.1 Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available for all orders.
2.2 Delivery Time
After your order is successfully placed, we will prepare and dispatch your goods in the order they are received. The dispatch period is approximately 3 working days. There is no restriction on specific delivery times within the scheduled period, and delivery services are available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
2.3 Arrival Time
After your order is dispatched, the estimated arrival time is approximately 7–10 working days.
2.4 Signing Instructions
  • When placing an order, please provide a valid delivery address and contact phone number where you (or your authorized representative) can sign for the goods.
  • Upon receiving the goods, please inspect them on the spot: check if the outer packaging is intact, if the quantity of goods matches the order details, and if the shopping list is complete. Do not open the product packaging for inspection before signing for receipt. If the outer box seal is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse acceptance of the goods.
  • If you are unable to sign for the goods in person, please entrust someone else to do so, and ensure they strictly follow the above inspection requirements. The courier is only responsible for delivering the goods to the designated address on the order; any person at the address (e.g., a receptionist) may sign for receipt, and we cannot guarantee delivery to a specific individual.
2.5 Order Modification & Stranded Orders
For risk control reasons, your order cannot be modified after purchase confirmation. Please ensure you fill in the correct delivery address and contact phone number when placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Effective immediately, stranded orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient delivery information will be retained by the logistics provider for 5 working days. The Company will notify you via email; please reply to the email or contact customer service within this period. If no reply is received within 5 days, the Company will arrange to return the goods to the warehouse and process a full refund. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.

3. Return & Refund Policy

  • 1) If the goods you ordered are defective, you may request a full refund.
