Return & Exchange Policy
The Company guarantees a 7-day return and exchange service for all eligible goods, calculated from the actual date of customer receipt.
Eligible for 7-Day Return & Exchange
You may apply for a return or exchange (provided the goods do not affect secondary sales) if the goods meet any of the following conditions:
- The product has inherent quality defects
- The product is damaged during transportation
- Incorrect delivery of goods (the received product does not match the ordered one)
Not Eligible for 7-Day Unconditional Return
The 7-day unconditional return policy does not apply to the following circumstances:
- Custom-made personal products
- Used products (electronic products are deemed used once powered on)
- The product, its functional parts or accessories have visible wear and tear
- Loss or severe damage to the outer packaging of the goods (unpacking for inspection is excluded) that actually affects secondary sales
- Products unsuitable for return due to their nature, and you have confirmed this non-returnable condition at the time of purchase
- Other situations where the goods are not in their original condition and affect secondary sales
How to Apply for Return & Exchange
1. Return & Exchange for personal reasons
Within 7 days of receiving the goods (and the goods do not affect secondary sales), send an email to our after-sales service center. Our after-sales team will process your request within 1-3 working days upon receiving the email. All return and exchange shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
2. Return & Exchange for quality/transport/delivery reasons
Within 7 days of receiving the goods, send an email to our after-sales service center at service@mail.brimthra.com. Our customer service team will process your application within 1-3 working days upon receiving the email. All return and exchange shipping costs shall be borne by the Company.
3. Refund processing
Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the designated courier company directly for return delivery. After the courier company receives the returned goods, they will notify us of the relevant refund details. The Company will complete the entire refund process within 15 working days.
