Intellectual Property Statement

Just as we require others to respect our intellectual property rights, we strictly adhere to the principle of respecting the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe that any content on the BRIMTHRA platform, or on any platform linked to BRIMTHRA, infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please submit a formal infringement complaint via our dedicated intellectual property complaint email: service@mail.brimthra.com.

1. Mandatory Information for Intellectual Property Infringement Complaints

Your formal complaint must include the following complete and accurate information; incomplete submissions may result in delayed processing or inability to verify the claim:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the individual authorized to act on behalf of the ownerof the allegedly infringed intellectual property right.
  2. Detailed identification of the infringed intellectual property right, including the relevant registration number and country/region of registration (if the right is registered).
  3. Detailed information of the allegedly infringing content, including its specific locationon the BRIMTHRA website/application (e.g., URL, product page link, content section), with sufficient details to enable BRIMTHRA to locate the content promptly.
  4. If the infringement involves a registered design right, a clear identification of the infringed design and its corresponding registration number.
  5. If the infringement involves a utility model right, a clear identification of the claimed infringed utility model, accompanied by a valid court order or judgmentsupporting your infringement claim.
  6. Your full official name (or company name), affiliated organization (if applicable), valid mailing address, contact phone number, and official email address.
  7. A written statement that you have a good faith beliefthat the use of the allegedly infringing material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its authorized agent, or applicable law.
  8. A statement made under penalty of perjury that all information contained in the notification is accurate, and that you are the legal owner of the intellectual property right in question or are duly authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. Platform Actions Upon Receipt of a Valid Infringement Notice

Upon receiving a complete, compliant infringement notice that we verify in good faith, BRIMTHRA reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions, in accordance with applicable Singaporean laws and our Terms of Use:

  • Remove the allegedly infringing material or disable access to it on the platform;
  • Disable all direct links to the allegedly infringing material on the BRIMTHRAplatform;
  • Notify the alleged infringing party of the removal or access restriction of the relevant material, and provide a copy of the valid infringement notice (excluding confidential personal/company information);
  • Terminate the account access and service usage rights of any user or third party that repeatedly infringesthe intellectual property rights of BRIMTHRA or third parties, in accordance with our Terms of Use and platform policies.

Copyright Statement

BRIMTHRA and its affiliated entities own all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to the BRIMTHRA official website and related mobile applications, including but not limited to:

  • Copyrights in all original content (text, graphics, audio, video, interface design, etc.) on the website and mobile applications;
  • Intellectual property rights in the technology, algorithms, software, and systems used to provide the platform’s products and services to users.

All the aforementioned copyrights and intellectual property rights are strictly protected by the intellectual property laws of Singapore and applicable international intellectual property conventions and treaties. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of the above intellectual property rights is prohibited and may result in civil liability and/or criminal penalties in accordance with the law.
